Who We Are
At CampPilot, we’re campers before anything else. So it’s only natural that our idea didn’t come from an office — it came from the road. For four years, our founders Ben and Anna lived full-time in their camper, chasing sunsets, discovering hidden spots, and learning firsthand what makes a trip magical… and what makes it stressful. Just two outdoor enthusiasts with muddy boots, a love for freedom, and a shared frustration: why did planning an adventure require five different apps and endless searching? Somewhere between mountain passes and quiet lakesides, the idea took shape. A single app that feels like a local friend: one that always knows the best places to sleep, the most exciting activities around, and even has a backup plan when things go sideways. What started as a way to simplify their own travels grew into something bigger. Today, CampPilot combines technology with real-life road experience to help others explore more freely, plan less, and enjoy the world with zero stress.
